Briefing: Provide clear structured briefs to the Content team or freelancers to produce assets (written visual or video content).
Creation: Produce key strategic content directly when needed to ensure speed narrative consistency and high-quality product messaging.
4. Sales & CS Enablement
Build and maintain the materials that help Sales and CS win more deals and drive adoption.
Create pitch decks battlecards demo scripts one-pagers industry use cases
Participate in training sessions for Sales and Customer Success.
Develop content for specific verticals (education corporate learning consulting etc.)
