Parking Ambassador Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth traffic flow provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and clean parking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and direct vehicles to available parking spaces
Issue tickets or tags and process payments accurately
Monitor parking areas for security safety and compliance
Assist customers with inquiries directions and minor vehicle issues
Maintain cleanliness and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions
Support traffic control during peak hours or special events

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage cash transactions
Physical ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors
