At Finsolutia were looking for a Functional Tester to join our growing Product Team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our innovative mortgage brokerage platform.

This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in technology who enjoys ensuring that every feature released works flawlessly for our users. Youll play a key role in testing new functionalities validating bug fixes and improving the overall user experience of our AI-powered SaaS solution used by mortgage professionals across Portugal and Spain.

What Youll Be Doing

• Perform manual functional testing of core platform features and new releases.
  Verify and validate bug fixes delivered by the development team.
  Create update and execute test cases and regression test checklists.
  Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure all acceptance criteria are met.
  Document test results report issues clearly and follow up on their resolution.
  Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process and test coverage.
  Support release validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).

What Do We Expect From You

• Fluency in Portuguese (PT) at native level.
  Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing QA or related roles.
  Good understanding of functional and regression testing practices.
  Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps).
  Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
  Good communication and organizational skills.
  A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Bonus Points

• Fluency in Spanish and English verbal and written.
  Experience using tools such Notion or Confluence for test documentation.
  Exposure to API testing tools (e.g. Postman) or basic automation frameworks.
  Experience with SaaS or fintech products especially in the mortgage or financial sector.
