About the Role

The Field Marketing Manager (Assistant Manager) will drive regional partner engagement co-marketing initiatives and acquisition programs to expand the fintech partnership network. This role combines marketing execution with data-driven experimentation to identify test and scale new partner profiles across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans to support the partnership and channel growth strategy.
  • Identify new partner profiles and conduct experiments across acquisition engagement and activation channels to evaluate performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with partner account managers to design and launch co-branded marketing programs events and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute regional partner events workshops and exposure programs to strengthen ecosystem presence.
  • Work closely with content design and performance marketing teams to build campaigns that drive joint visibility and lead generation.
  • Measure the impact of marketing initiatives through data-backed analysistracking leads engagement conversion and pipeline impact.
  • Research regional market dynamics competitor programs and emerging fintech verticals to refine partner targeting.
  • Manage vendors event logistics and budget utilization to ensure flawless execution and ROI.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 45 years of experience in B2B fintech or partner/channel marketing.
  • Proven track record in identifying and testing new partner or customer segments using data-driven frameworks.
  • Experience executing integrated campaigns across offline digital and partner-led channels.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with metrics dashboards and campaign attribution models.
