Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time EHS Professional for our Huntsville Alabama office. This is an excellent opportunity to join and grow EnSafe getting involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients includingaerospace chemicals manufacturing pulp and paper automotive etc.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will:
- Consult with clients providing the following services:
- Health & Safety
- Occupational hygiene qualitative and quantitative assessments
- Health & safety compliance audits
- Machine guarding lockout tagout confined space risk JHA/PPE hazard assessments etc.
- Health and safety program development and training
- Environmental compliance
- SPCC storm water hazardous waste air permitting etc.
- ISO 14001
- Environmental compliance audits
- Health & Safety
- Overnight travel (up to 50%) will be required
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
- We require a minimum of a B.S. degree in an industrial hygiene environmental health safety engineering or related discipline and 4-5 years of health and safety experience
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards
- Attention to detail
- Analytical thinking skills
- Consulting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred
