We are searching for a full-time fixed term Facilitator and Marketing Navigator.

About this role Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

The Facilitator and Marketing Navigator plays a pivotal role in promoting delivering and facilitating workshops for our Financial Capability Home Ownership Programme to Pasifika learners community groups and providers. This role is for a fixed-term of 18-months.

In this role you will facilitate engaging workshops on financial capability and pathways to home ownership supporting Pasifika families in our community converting prospective learners and interested families from first contact through to confirmed enrolment while ensuring an outstanding and culturally responsive customer experience. A key part of this role also involves coordinating household reports for each cohort to support programme evaluation and impact.

You will work closely with the Community and Marketing Administrator lecturers learners and other stakeholders and will need to be proactive confident presenting and highly organised.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating and deliver impactful workshops to Pasifika families
  • Provide prospective learners with accurate and timely programme information
  • Support the enrolment process including collecting documents and processing applications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing and recruitment activities to support cohort and household targets
  • Promote the home ownership programme across community networks and channels
  • Coordinate household reporting for each cohort to support programme outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners

To be successful in this role you will ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in facilitating workshops or community education programmes
  • Strength in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience promoting community programmes preferably in financial capability or related field
  • Excellent communication skills with strong cultural awareness and ability to engage with Pasifika communities
  • Administration and reporting experience with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive collaborative and community-focused approach to work
  • Demonstrated knowledge and lived experience of Pasifika cultures and community
