Job Summary

The Child Care Inclusion Specialist supports early childhood educators child care centres Y camps and families in creating inclusive developmentally appropriate environments for children of all abilities. This role provides coaching technical assistance and resources to ensure children with diverse need can fully participate in child care programs. The specialist collaborates with community partners early intervention professionals and families to promote high-quality inclusive practices. The successful candidate will be focusing on three main areas that includes support Coaching Training and Professional Development engagement Collaboration and Community Partnerships and Compliance

What Else Do You Need

This position is 100% in person and requires the ability to travel between sites.
Valid Manitoba Class 5F drivers license and access to a vehicle.
