About the Role

The BuildCam Customer Specialist supports the end-to-end delivery of BuildCam services including customer service scheduling logistics coordination administrative support and stock control.


This role plays a vital part in operational efficiency customer satisfaction and the smooth running of the BuildCam division. You will work closely with our Installers Technicians Account Manager and General Manager to ensure timely service delivery accurate stock management high-quality administration and a consistently professional customer experience.

  • Logistics Administration & Job Readiness
  • Stock Control Reconciliation & Compliance
  • Sales Support Documentation & CRM Management
  • Reporting Data Entry & Operational Administration


About You

The successful candidate will bring:

  • 2 years experience in customer service logistics operations or administrative coordination
  • Experience supporting field teams service delivery or scheduling (advantageous)
  • Exposure to construction building or trade-based environments (highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational capability with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy across documentation and data entry
  • Confidence using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Outlook Excel and operational platforms
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive solutions-focused hands-on approach
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
