Your role:
AsInventory Coordinatoryou will be responsible for providingsupport to plant operations through the effective utilization of assigned resources.Youwill perform complex advanced diversified and confidential administrative duties while organizing and expediting work through the Plant Managers office for follow-up action.You will be required to use ahigh degree of analytical ability to operate appropriate computer systems while interfacing with Customers Transportation and Customer Service Representatives.

Your responsibilities:
Provideadministrativesupport to flour manufacturing function including daily and monthlyreconciliationtoinventory on-hand balances
Review and coordinatedata systemsto ensure correct product movement within facilities
Verify plant locationis in compliance withall inventory cycle counting procedures as defined in SOPs
Oversee the movement of new production restages and recalls aged product and isolating this product when needed
Ensure all shipments are postedaccurate and all required paperwork is verified
Monitoroutbound consumablesfor discrepancies and correct reporting (including packaging not limited to bags seals ingredients and pallets)
Resolve all variances identify root causes complete training and coaching with results as necessary and identify trends if applicable
Work with reports provided by milling finance and information from demand planner to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
Provide administrative support to the local Administrative Manager

Monitor and resolve Accounts Payable exception for items needing goods receipts.
Maintain documentation and permits in organized files (employee safety paperwork etc.)
Assure all informational releases policy related posters etc. as provided by functional departments are properly displayed as instructed
Provide office support in answering phones receiving/directing vendors/visitors and paperwork/access cards to contractors
Essential skills and experience:
High School diploma orGEDequivalent
Minimum of 2years experience in anoffice or administrative type position
Basic skills with computer applications to include Microsoft Office with the ability to learn and use new computer programs
Experience with ERP or Procure to Pay systems
Good to have:
Associates degree or 4 years of business or accounting experience
Ability to describe complex process flow within production environment
Physicalrequirementsandworking conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Ability to perform work at a computer and other administrative/managerial tasks
Ability tooccasionallywear personal protective equipment (PPE) as is required by the operating areas (i.e. safety glasses protective footwear hard hatandhearing protection)
Ability to occasionallybe ina machine-paced continuous process that operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week with conditions which include:
Hot/Cold temperatures (inclement weather)
Indoor/Outdoor environment

Ability to perform work safely which may require:

We provide market-driven base pay based on skills abilities and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidates unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $25.90 - $34.57 with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution company performance and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - OIP 5% Annual.Benefits:
