Job Summary
Job Summary:Lucretia and Joseph Brown Elementary School is seeking a dynamic and energetic Long-Term Substitute Physical Education Teacher for students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. The ideal candidate will foster a positive engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment that promotes students physical fitness motor skills teamwork and sportsmanship. This role includes implementing lesson plans managing student behavior and ensuring a safe and fun environment for all Responsibilities:Deliver engaging age-appropriate physical education lessons for students in grades the existing curriculum and lesson plans or develop appropriate activities as students to develop motor skills coordination and a love for physical teamwork sportsmanship and positive social interactions among a safe and inclusive learning environment for all and monitor student progress providing feedback as students during activities and enforce safety with other teachers staff and administration to support student accurate attendance records and other required effectively with parents guardians and school staff as needed.
