Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis skills and results orientation mindset expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Work alongside dedicated hard-working and fun teammates.

Youll work as the interface between the ERPs of the company and the Product Cost Platform responsible to deliver the right level of data accuracy and to constantly improve the end-to-end Product Cost Platform process. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (particularly engineering manufacturing procurement and supply chain).

Well look to you for:

• Build optimize maintain and control the Data treatment protocols necessary to extract correct and format the data as required by the Product Cost Platform
• Take in charge the interface with the ERPs teams to ensure the compliance of the data with the requirements
• Take in charge the correction of the data and their segmentation according to the protocols as defined
• Ensure the implementation of the data protocols into the IS&T systems as per investment plan defined
• Raise follow and validate the incidents related to your scope and ensure their resolution in a time frame in accordance with their criticalities
• Support and manage the Data Cost Analysisrelated to your activities
• Ensure through accessible KPIs the transparency of the performances of the PCP (Product Cost Platform) including its development validation and data release planning
• Embark the Alstom Costing community and the other métiers in the development and validation process to ensure their adhesion to the PCP measure their satisfaction
• Constantly find solutions to simplify the user interface and find always simplest ways for the users to access to the relevant data following the less is more principal

• Degree level qualification (preferably Engineering: Industrial or Mechanical and/or Economics)
• 3 years experience in Industry or other Companies with costing knowledge
• Technical background and Industrial processes knowledge (preferably)
• Railway products culture is appreciated
• Technical skills to understand and challenge cost drivers
• Fluency in English and/or French
• Ability to work across sites/functions
• Self-learning ability
• Analytical & Critical Mindset
• Good communication skills
• Advanced MS EXCEL skills
