Job Description:
The Senior Sales Manager (SSM) China handles both local & international companies with frequent individual travellers for a nightly or long stay especially companies from China Market Area. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing implements all sales activities and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific Industry or area of responsibility.
The Senior Sales Manager China is responsible for lead and drive the day to day sales activities of the Sales Managers Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators and the implementation of the sales activity plans set forth in the hotels marketing plan to achieve the budgeted revenue.
Job Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required along with strong English communication skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Room Sales Transient and Group
- Understand RFP flow in Lanyon/ HRS will be advantage
- Good Sales and Marketing background
