We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Workforce Engagement Manager.
This role sits within the Cybersecurity Workforce Management function of GCIO COO and will play a key part in shaping how we plan manage and evolve our Global Technology workforce to meet business opportunities.
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering the engagement agenda for Cybersecurity. Working closely with the Head of Workforce Management the incumbent will define and execute an engagement roadmap which unites and connects individuals across the function as one team and aligns to the goals across HSBC Technology (GCIO) and the wider will work to ensure the success of internal engagement programmes and will be expected to collaborate and drive work as part of a broader engagement team across multiple technology functions and global regions.
The role holder will build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels including GCIO leadership teams to drive an inclusive culture and enable our people to thrive in their work.
