The District reserves the right to change this vacancy or not fill this vacancy based on further staffing changes enrollment or budget. Position: Lunch/Recess Aide (part-time)Location: Center Elementary School General Description: To provide student supervision to maintain a well-organized smoothly functioning school environment. Duties include supervise student during recess and lunch periods. During the lunch period provide assistance to students in opening lunch materials cleaning tables and monitoring social interactions. At recess closely monitor students for safety social interactions and appropriate play. The successful candidate will be able to work on a team of recess aides to provide a safe and caring environment for all students. At times assist teachers and other professional personnel in classroom office and library with miscellaneous tasks. Reports to: School PrincipalWork Days: 181-day work yearHours per week: 15 hours per week. 3 hours/day during lunch shifts
