Job Summary
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greets all internal and external guests using Spotlight initiatives to provide friendly courteous excellent service.
Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
Maintains awareness/security of retail floor products services and guests.
Assists customers and guests providing information about retail outlet merchandise and property events promotions restaurants and/or hotel amenities.
Encouragesmultiple sales by offering additional/complimentary products and/or services.
Performs retail cashier duties and accurately maintains accompanying paperwork.
Balances all monies at end of shift.
Maintains general housekeeping duties ensuring the clean neat and professional appearance of the outlet and its merchandise.
Responsible for answering the phone and assisting caller including transfers to appropriate extension answering questions providing information etc.
Regularly provides feedback and information to Shift Supervisor regarding inventory levels of merchandise customer feedback/perceptions.
Re-stocks merchandise as directed.
Performs all duties in any/all retail outlets as assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
One year in retail sales or equivalent experience preferred
- Mus tpass pre-employment Math test with score of 80% or better. 20 problem minimum
QUALIFICATIONS:
Literate and fluent in basic English
Good math skills including adding subtracting multiplying and dividing
Excellent guest service skills
Be knowledgeable about the Total Rewards program and hotel/casino amenities
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same
Adheres to all regulatory company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:
Ability to bend crouch turn and reach overhead.
Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and cash registers
Ability to stand on hard floors
Mobility to move about the work area
Ability to lift push pull up to 50 pounds
Must be able to lift overhead and climb a ladder for stocking purposes
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time in connection with their duties and may be subject to the same environment.
