As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within Payments Technology you will be responsible for promoting the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that support Market Expansion business goals across the firm. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership to develop innovative solutions manage resources and budgets and lead high-performing teams. Your strong analytical and adaptability skills will help you navigate ambiguity and change ensuring technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Job responsibilities
- Applies technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to assess program performance identify improvement areas and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Strongly considers upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications and advises on mitigation actions.
- Develops and executes comprehensive project plans including technical requirements resource allocation and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identifies and mitigates risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs within large organizations.
- Extensive experience in financial services technology or a similar industry where technology is central to business operations.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build productive relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
- Strong team collaboration skills with a track record of developing meaningful relationships to achieve shared goals.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and building effective partnerships with key business stakeholders and development teams.
- Knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure such as hardware networking terminology databases storage deployment practices integration automation scaling resilience private and public cloud.

- Experience managing projects with complex regulatory requirements.
