Suffolk County Council is looking for a Digital Practice Lead to champion our ambition of creating a digitally enabled this pivotal role youll embed digital solutions across the care market helping providers deliver care more efficiently and effectively.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop digital opportunities across Adult Social Care (ASC).
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams contract teams and stakeholders to co-produce digital approaches for care providers.
  • Support prevention initiatives through digital care technologies and information platforms.
  • Lead innovation trials and integration projects with care providers.
  • Deliver co-production workshops to strengthen relationships with the people we support.

What we are looking for

  • Expert knowledge of our Digital Care Partnership.
  • Strong practice expertise and experience in social care.
  • A passion for digital transformation and improving lives.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience or interest in innovation integration and digital project delivery.
  • Existing contacts in care health and technology sectors (highly desirable).

The team

Youll work across multiple teams including operational and strategic groups and align closely with the Digital Care team and Cassius delivery. Your work will connect with key programmes such as People First Working Digitally Independent Lives Care Market Shaping and Social Care Reform Practice. Collaboration is key youll partner with colleagues in social work IT procurement legal and more to deliver our vision for digitally empowered social care.
