Procurement and Contracts Manager (Major Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead highvalue highcomplexity and highrisk procurement activities across major infrastructure projects ($500m$1bn) in the utilities sector. With a focus on large scale transmission lines and substations capital works this role is pivotal in shaping sourcing and contracting strategy during bids tenders and mobilisation phases.

Reporting to the Sourcing & Contracting Director you will drive procurement strategies manage subcontract packages and oversee international supply chains specialised equipment and longlead items. Your sharp commercial judgement and ability to influence and negotiate outcomes will ensure bestforbusiness results and successful project delivery.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead procurement and subcontracting activity for bids tenders and mobilisation.
• Develop procurement strategies plans and tender returnable.
• Source and contract subcontract packages across civil electrical and specialist disciplines.
• Manage international supply specialised equipment and longlead items.
• Negotiate contracts and prepare award recommendations for senior leadership.
