Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to our clients in Saline MI. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document care activities and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Follow care plans and instructions
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Two forms of vaild IDS
- Ability to assist with physical tasks and mobility support.
- Reliable compassionate and patient.
- Ability to pass background checks and relevant screenings.
