The Assistant Office Manager plays a key role in supporting daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves assisting in administrative tasks coordinating with various departments and maintaining a positive work environment. We are looking for a strong individual to work along side the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager in overseeing daily office functions.
- Coordinate schedules meetings and communications among staff and management.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure resources are available.
- Support payroll processing and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Help maintain company records files and documentation accurately.
- Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving office-related issues.
- Assist in on boarding and training new office personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or management preferred.
- Accounting background.
- Must have 5 years of experience in dealership.
- Proficient in vehicle sales paperwork and Secretary of State rules and procedures.
- Knows CVR system.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
