This role supports a Navycustomer in San Diego CA.

Job Description and Responsibilities:Budget Analyst supports Comptroller Department and Fleet Support Teams with budget formulation execution and financial reporting.

- Monitor reconcile and report on budget obligations and expenditures.
- Support development of financial forecasts and spend plans.
- Prepare budget documentation and metrics for leadership review.
- Maintain financial data in Navy ERP and local business tools.
- Support planning programming and financial reporting for multiple fund types (O&MN APN WCF FMS).

Basic Requirements:A Junior has 3 years of experience in financial analysis or budget support. A Journeyman has 6 years of federal budgeting or financial management experience. A senior has 10 years of federal financial management or DoD budget experience.

Education Requirements:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration.

Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel:On- Site. <5% Travel
