A top-tier California employment law firm is hiring a talented litigator to join its fully remote team. This plaintiff-side practice is known for high-impact wage & hour class actions PAGA cases and individual FEHA claimswork that protects employees rights across the state.

Youll take the lead on a robust docket managing matters from intake through resolution. If youre a self-starter who thrives on autonomy enjoys litigation strategy and wants your compensation tied directly to your results this role is tailored for you.

What Youll Do:

Manage a docket of approximately 25 active employment matters (individual and class/PAGA)
Handle complaints discovery depositions mediations and settlement strategy
Collaborate with the firms founder on litigation strategy while owning your cases

What Youll Receive:

$150000 to $175000 base salary plus tiered bonuses up to 10% of net fees
