Job Summary
You will be a critical partner and advisor to the Financial Services and Data (FSD) department. You will focus on Fraud & ID and Software & Platform lines of business providing financial planning analysis reporting support for Experian North America. Youll influence expense management strategic investments and support resource allocation.
This is a remote position. You will report to the Director of Finance.
Youll have opportunity to:
- Assist the planning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) monthly forecasting and quarterly business updates.
- Assist the month-end close and monthly forecasting process
- Manage monthly commissions data input
- Oversee the reconciliation process completed by accounting shared services
- Develop P&L analytics to use data and identify insights and opportunities
- Provide financial modeling support for multiple projects and ad hoc requests. Understand the details while at the same time be able to advise on big picture challenges
- Develop financial reporting with an eye to streamlining processes and raising the standard for the quality of deliverables.
- Improve and standardize reporting through new tools dashboards and processes to lead scalable insight
- Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results and provide planning and analysis support to guide financial goals
- Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field
- 7 years of relevant experience in finance management consulting corporate strategy or similar environment including FP&A and project management experience
- Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams
- Experience managing projects end-to-end and getting results organizing and prioritizing deadlines
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences
