Under the supervision of boutique manager (or assistant manager) this position will be responsible to oversee and assist the successful BTQ daily operation. Also this position will support BTQ Management and be the bridge between HQ and BTQ front-line staffs for various subjects essentially related to sales & operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Back Office Sales Support
- Provide back-office & administrative support to all operations of the Boutique including aftersales (invoices cash & CRM management etc.)
- Use business software applications (e.g. word processing spreadsheet etc.) to prepare correspondence reports agendas etc.
- Use as well different tools such as M3 Salesforces etc.
- AP Time management (AL & Attendance system) for productive team planning
- Support the Boutique manager in all coordination and administrative tasks (e.g. sales forecasting AP coverage etc.)
- Support daily sales figures to be aligned with Finance & Retail team
- Being main contact for Korea HQ coordination with internal teams
- Be responsible for daily BTQ maintenance & operations seamlessly.
- AP House Stock management
- Track on daily basis sales stock inventory levels and share with internal BTQ team
- Assist to monthly stock inventory counting aligned with M3 & Y2 data
- Ensure that back office supplies available and disposal for BTQ team

Qualifications :
- At least 2 years in luxury industry preferably in retail related environment
- Knowledge of retail sales business
- Positive interpersonal and proactive communication skills (oral and written)
