Job Summary
Role Overview :-
As a Recruiter Intern youll play a key role in sourcing screening and onboarding candidates for various roles within our company. Youll learn the end-to-end recruitment process interact with potential candidates and gain valuable experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :-
Source potential candidates through job portals social media and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.
Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.
Support employer branding and internship outreach campaigns.
