Te gustaría impulsar el acceso a soluciones de alto valor en hematología y marcar la diferencia en la atención del paciente En GSK buscamos un/a Key Account Manager para Galicia que lidere la estrategia en mielofibrosis y apoye iniciativas clave del área de hematología.

Qué harás:

  • Ser el principal enlace con hospitales de referencia y especialistas en hematología de tu territorio.
  • Ejecutar el plan de acción regional y alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.
  • Identificar oportunidades a partir del análisis del territorio y diseñar planes adaptados a cada cuenta.
  • Gestionar presupuesto y recursos para maximizar el impacto de tus acciones.
  • Mantener interacciones de alto valor científico con HCPs y apoyar iniciativas formativas.
  • Trabajar de forma proactiva y colaborativa con equipos crossfunctional (Medical Market Access Marketing Government Affairs).
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos.

Qué buscamos

  • Titulación universitaria (preferible en Ciencias de la Salud).
  • Experiencia en visita hospitalaria / KAM en oncohematología o en entornos hospitalarios.
  • Habilidades comerciales de negociación y capacidad de influencia.
  • Mentalidad analítica creatividad y orientación a resultados.
  • Autonomía organización y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar por todo el territorio de Galicia.
  • Residencia en Galicia.
