We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead Project Management commissions taking full responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
The role involves managing complex projects and acting as the primary day-to-day client interface ensuring that client objectives are achieved and that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards. This is an ideal role for a quality driven professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Providing strategic advice at the project conception stage to successfully achieve the clients overall objectives.
- Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters.
- Collaborate with the overall cross-functional project team
- Check contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants in line with group policy.
- Project planning including advising the production of the detailed project plan.
- Advise upon the procurement of resources design and construction.
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
- Set up and manage the change control process.
- Monitor and advise upon project finances/budgets.
- Assist managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
- Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports.
- Manage and monitor design team in accordance with commission scope.
- Manage and monitor contractor in accordance with commission scope.
- Develop appropriate contractor interface.
Qualifications :
- You have at least Bachelors degree in Industrial engineering Energy engineering civil engineering Architecture Building Engineering Construction Management or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and supply chain with the ability to work both collaboratively.
- Experience in Sustainability Construction Projects or Net Zero programs.
- Experience working on real estate in industrial logistics pharma or other type of similar construction projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and team-work skills.
- Good written and reporting skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
