People and Culture Projects Specialist

Your influential mission. You will...

• Lead and coordinate People & Culture projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to employee engagement culture well-being and sustainability.
• Align DEI and GDPR local programs with the global vision.
• Monitor project progress budgets and resources providing regular reporting.
• Prepare multiple reports and conduct initial analysis to provide clear insights for management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing data and feedback and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business priorities and annual planning.
• Execute and participate in the organization and execution of all company events (events team building etc.).
• Participate in projects related to training and courses employee performance occupational health and safety management etc. initiated in the department.
• Participate in the implementation of new software and tools to optimize work processes as well as in the development of departmental policies.

Qualifications :

• Hold a degree in HR or a related field.
• Have 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Are fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy (MS Office Excel).
• Are familiar with project management tools and HR systems (a plus).
• Excel in communication skills and building strong relationships.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a team environment.
• Are proactive detail-oriented and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
