Job Summary
- This is a part time role hours are 6:30am-4:00pm two or three days per week
Job Overview: The Snack Bar Attendant reports to the Food and Beverage Managers and is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service according to Bentwater Yacht & Country Club standards.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be above 18 years of age.
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience highly preferred
- TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) certification must be completed within 10 days of start date
- Must obtain Food Handlers certification within 10 days of start
- On the job training provided upon employment
- Learn Jonas software and use proficiently
- Accurately count change
- Possess a positive and professional attitude at all times
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare cook to order menu items
- Serve food and beverages available in the snack bar via counter service
- Serves alcoholic beverage in accordance with the TABC.
- Cleans up after guest maintains cleanliness of Snack Bar dining area.
- Fill necessary condiment dispensers maintains and preps dispensers for service.
- Order supplies daily as needed and reports deficiencies to F&B Manager.
- Secure snack bar before leaving.
- Maintain an atmosphere of positive employee morale.
- Prepares closing reports and drops daily sales receipts and cash at the Front Office.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and related paperwork.
- Insure the highest quality of food and beverage service.
