What is the Client Service Specialist responsible for

The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the operational set-up of new accounts and transaction request follow-up for both the Financial Advisor Services and Institutional businesses. This individual will also assist with the onboarding of new clients. The successful candidate will be considered a key problem-solving partner for our clients and our sales team. The need for this hire is driven by the growth with our Canvas offering. Canvas is a revolutionary Custom Indexing platform designed to improve the relationship between asset managers and allocators.

What ideal qualifications skills & experience would help someone to be successful

Bachelors Degree
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Previous experience working in financial services and/or an asset management firm required.

Along with base compensation other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus 401k plan health insurance and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location job-related knowledge skills and experience. At Franklin Templeton we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between USD $95000 $112000.
