Job Summary
Enpal Europes first green unicorn is looking for a Team Leader to manage and coordinate a team of Account Managers and potentially some other functions (Back office Front Office Install partner etc.)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the teams.
- Coordinate workflows to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
- Monitor KPIs and performance implementing continuous improvements.
- Support the resolution of complex issues and manage escalations.
- Promote the training and professional development of the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to align processes and goa
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Significant experience in coordination or operational leadership roles preferably in customer service or operations contexts.
- Excellent command of the Italian language (C1/C2 mandatory); good knowledge of English (B2); French is a plus.
- Organizational problem-solving and motivational leadership skills.
- Knowledge of digital tools (CRM ticketing software Microsoft Office).
- Results orientated and aptitude for working in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in renewable energy is a strong asset.
