Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for all activities of local & oversea purchasing. Act as Purchasing Lead for Saraburi plant.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for overall purchasing from domestic and oversea (Raw material / Trading product /Packaging/Expense) and others according MRP and PR requirement
Follow up all delivery of goods to warehouse on time and operational problem solving
Responsible general document for Purchasing department and process all document to concern person (Logistics/Account/QC)
To prepare monthly report concerning purchasing as assigned by Procurement manager
Update Supplier file (Supplier / Price / Term of payment etc.) and evaluate supplier and select supplier on the basis of their ability to meet supplier requirements including the quality system and any specific quality assurance requirement according to procedure IATF16949 (For RYG plant only) ISO9001 ISO14001
Work with the production team and MRP to ensure the raw materials are available when and where they are needed often preparing the correct parts for the production line
Purchasing problem solving in case of damage / delay / loss claim etc.
Other tasks as assigned by Procurement manager
Action follow as ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelors degree in Logistics and Business Administrator or any other related field
Experiences and Background
At least 5 years up in Purchasing or related field in manufacturing
Good English language communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong projects & tasks monitoring and time management
Natural resource & mineral (Sand Fly ash cement) sourcing and supply base knowledge and experience are preferable
Computer and internet proficient
