Job Summary
Position Description
and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving storage picking packing and shipping of goods.
train and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and productivity targets.
inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
compliance with safety regulations company policies and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean organized and efficient warehouse environment.
with procurement logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
and resolve inventory discrepancies shipping errors or operational bottlenecks.
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to track inventory and generate reports.
and manage daily weekly and monthly operational reports (e.g. productivity error rates inventory levels).
proper handling and storage of goods especially temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials (if applicable). Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service levels.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above; associates or bachelors degree in logistics supply chain or a related field is a plus.
of 24 years of warehouse or logistics experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
in using WMS ERP systems (e.g. SAP ) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards.
leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (standing lifting up to 50 lbs etc.).
certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
