Are you ready to lead and inspire cutting-edge Sales Engineering teams in the SENA region As our Pre Sales Manager you will play a strategic role within Ivantis Sales organization guiding and developing Sales Engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technical confidence across regional markets.

As Pre Sales Manager SENA youll champion Ivantis vision by building motivating and developing a high-performing Sales Engineering team. This strategic position calls for outstanding leadership technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive both existing and new product growth in collaboration with Sales Marketing and Technical Services. Youll empower your team to communicate Ivantis value proposition at all customer levels and enable channel partners for increased self-sufficiency.

What youll do

  • Lead manage and develop a regional team of Sales Engineers to align with the Regional Sales Model
  • Build and execute technical enablement plans for channel partners and systems integrators
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new Sales Engineering staff ensuring rapid ramp-up and effective integration into the team
  • Drive individual career progression and development supporting succession planning and the growth of team members
  • Ensure seamless communication within the Sales Engineering team and with cross-functional leadership to translate corporate strategy locally
  • Maintain a regional matrix to assess and grow the teams technical and commercial skills
  • Enable the team to deliver compelling live demonstrations pilots and proof-of-concepts to varied audiences including CxO-level stakeholders
  • Foster commercial awareness throughout the team ensuring clear articulation of Ivantis solutions
  • Champion Ivantis culture and core values building a high-performing inclusive environment

What you will bring

  • 3 to 5 years experience in Sales Engineering Management
  • Proven ability to provide technical demonstrations pilots and proof-of-concepts
  • Experience with deployment configuration and integration of software-based solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills both in-person and via virtual platforms (e.g. MS Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Effective oral and written communication skills for all levels of customer organizations
  • Experience using
