We are now looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Field Brand Manager Hematology in Norway. This is an exciting time to join the start of the product journey where you will be an important contributor to the team.
In your role you will spend approximately 50% with in-field sales and 50% marketing. Your key tasks will include:
- Effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts planning and collaborating to build strong customer relationships and address customer needs.
- Responsibility for developing marketing communications and material for healthcare professionals working in close collaboration with Scandinavian brand managers.
- Leading and driving strategic account management to execute brand strategies and deliver business potential.
- Ensuring sales and business growth through tactical planning and consistent follow-up with healthcare professionals.
- Capturing and share customer insights to inform strategies and tactics.
- Optimizing CRM system usage and ensure effective communication between infield and brand teams to support strategy.
- Navigating matrix organization to align on shared goals and KPIs.
- Developing and delivering marketing initiatives and local campaigns to implement brand strategies and meet customer needs.
- Leading infield team collaborative projects to support strategy implementation at key accounts.
Qualifications :
We are looking for a person with proven capability of working strategically in the context of the Norwegian healthcare landscape.
You have a bachelors degree in biological sciences pharmacy business or a related field (or equivalent).
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not mandatory. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in marketing or project management where you have worked toward the healthcare sector.
Additional skills and competences required:
- Broad-based understanding of sales and marketing.
- Strong business acumen and thrive meeting customers; strategic and critical thinking skills.
- Skilled at project leading motivating and coordinating in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Norway and for occasional international meetings.
