Product Marketing Engineer:
We are looking for an experienced product marketing engineer to join the GaN Business Division in Power Product Group. The successful candidate will work on a range of exciting new products such as gate driver motor drivers and GaN power stages for next generation of infrastructure industrial consumer and automotive applications. This is an early-stage growth opportunity where in the candidate will get to learn build contribute and influence the charter for Renesass massive power product portfolio.
Essential Functions
- Drive the product marketing strategy for gate drivers and power stages portfolio for infrastructure industrial consumer and automotive applications ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product definition applications and design) to integrate market feedback competitor insights and growth opportunities into roadmap planning and product definition
- Drill down market TAM reports to determine market trends.
- Execute go-to-market strategies including identifying lead customers and target applications.
- Track and prioritize market and customer requirements to create market requirements documents and to ensure alignment with product roadmap.
- Create compelling marketing content such as whitepapers webinars blogs and sales collateral to support product positioning.
- Drive readiness of the complete product package (documentation starter kits collateral) and enable sales teams through training.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop application-focused pitch decks showcasing differentiated solutions.
- Engage with global customers for technical discussions and solution alignment.
- Represent the product line at key customer meetings industry events and internal strategy reviews.
Qualifications :
Minimum:
- Bachelors or masters degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
- 25 years of experience in product marketing sales or field applications within the semiconductor industry.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of power electronics (gate drivers motor control GaN power stages).
- Proven experience in product launches roadmap planning and customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including executive-level messaging and presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural cross-functional environment.
- Business acumen with the ability to balance technical depth and market insight.
- Familiarity with automotive industrial or consumer market trends.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
