Role OverviewAs an Observability Engineer at Amdocs you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining observability solutions that ensure the reliability scalability and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build monitoring alerting and logging frameworks that provide deep visibility into applications and infrastructure.
What will your job look like
Design and implement observability solutions using industryleading tools.
Develop dashboards alerts and metrics to monitor system health and performance.
Automate data collection visualization and reporting for proactive issue detection.
Collaborate with DevOps SRE and application teams to improve system reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues by leveraging observability best practices for monitoring logging and distributed tracing across teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in observability and monitoring.
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in observability engineering DevOps or system reliability roles.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
