Job Summary
- To be the first point of contact for samples arriving at the laboratory
- Responsible for sample receipt and sample labelling
- Ensuring customer samples are received in full and without any issues
- Label samples and liaise directly with customers to ensure they have everything they need for testing to commence.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in:
- Working within the food industry
- dealing with customer via different communication platforms
- Working with a LIMS is advantageous
You will also have the following
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to use computers
- Ability to multi task
