Youth Mental Health Case Therapist III-Full Time

Department: Youth Mental Health

The ideal candidate will hold a four-letter license (LCSW or LCPC)

The Case Therapist III reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy through various therapeutic modalities in individual and/or group therapy setting for a small caseload of 10-15 clients.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision for therapy team members.
• Complete documentation review and assessment sign off for therapy clinicians with their three letter license or onboarding four letter license clinicians.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team in reviewing cases and developing individual treatment plans and providing case consultation.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team clinical team members.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Primarily daytime hours. Availability needed for one evening per week until 8:30 PM.

Qualifications :

Required:

• 5 years of experience and training in assessment individual family and group counseling
• Masters degree in social work psychology counseling or related field
• Masters degree with LSW LCSW LPC or LCPC or eligible for licensure

Preferred:

• 5 years in intensive treatment setting and/or mental health setting
• CADC 
• LIC CPC
• CERT CADC
• LIC LCSW
• LIC MSW
