Job Summary

We are looking for an open minded willing to adapt to our Friends healing Friends approach in our community. Our need is a full time Physical Therapist to work in our outpaitent department. The Physical Therapist will carry out an indivilidualized program of physical therapy including assessment treatment planning implementation education and communication to maxmize a patients progress toward achieving functional goals. The Physical Therapist will also maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff. We need somone who will take suggestions as well as give suggestions. The position is 85% outpatient with about 20% LTC and Skilled Swing. Therapist must be able to treat most patient needs This is a 13 week contract with a great possibility for longer. HOUSING IS NOT INCLUDED BUT A LIST OF NAMES WILL BE PROVIDED
