We are seeking a Head of Cloud Infrastructure & Operations to lead our global cloud and compute operations strategy. This role is pivotal in transforming distributed infrastructure services into platform delivery models ensuring reliability scalability and security across hybrid environments. You will lead high-performing teams drive automation and champion inclusive leadership practices while collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver world-class services.
What Youll Do:
Define and execute the operational strategy for cloud and compute infrastructure (AWS VMware HPE Synergy)
Lead and develop diverse high-performing global teams across cloud and server operations
Champion a culture of inclusion continuous improvement and service excellence
Drive automation observability and self-service capabilities to improve reliability and reduce manual effort Establish and enforce global standards for cloud and server operations including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Ansible)
Ensure compliance with security regulatory and operational policies
Manage budgets optimize costs and oversee vendor relationships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative scalable solutions
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
5-7 years of proven experience in technical leadership and building high-performing teams
Strong knowledge of cloud computing data center operations networking and cybersecurity
10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure design and operations including VMware and public cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform Ansible)
Experience implementing SRE methodologies and leading enterprise-scale transformations
Cloud certifications (AWS)
Experience with VMware HPE GreenLake and observability engineering
Familiarity with FinOps best practices and cost optimization strategies
Relevant University degree/Technical specialty
