- Accurately process guest reservations and input details with meticulous attention to detail.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy ensuring positive outcomes.
- Regularly monitor rates and promotions to capitalize on maximum sales opportunities.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a Front Office or Reservations role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera Cloud is highly advantageous
- Strong service orientation with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
