Job Summary
- Providing food and beverage service to guests in our restaurants bar and conference spaces
- Knowing the menu ensuring we meet special dietary needs or preferences and making recommendations and suggestions
- Communicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained
- Maintaining clean and safe workspaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followed
What we are looking for
- Great communication skills & presentation and for F&B Attendants confidence to engage with guests
- A genuine interest in food and beverage as well as in our local Melbourne area
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in a food and beverage venue is preferable but a passion for providing great guest experiences is what will really make you stand out!
Qualifications :
- The availability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings (from 6am) late evenings (up to 11pm) and on weekends and public holidays
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handler qualifications (or prepared to obtain)
- Knowledge of HL point of sale system would be an advantage however not mandatory
- You must have current working rights in Australia. Students and Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply
