Job Summary
Were looking for an epic Instructional Designer / Facilitator based in Surry Hills whos creative curious and ready to build learning that feels fun. Someone who wants to create learning thats fresh engaging meaningful to help our crew and leaders grow quickly.
What Youll Do
- Design and develop interactive visually exciting eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline
- Produce learning resources including workshops and tools that help our people level up fast
- Maintain and update content in the Workday LMS
- Support reporting analytics and make the LMS experience smoother easier and more engaging
- Collaborate with the Instructional Designer Capability Specialist SMEs and international teams
- Keep all digital learning accurate current and aligned to operational standards
- Facilitate leadership workshops and support broader L&D sessions.
What Youll Bring
Required
- 12 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar tools
- Experience with LMS platforms (Workday a plus)
- Strong visual design skills and understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying creative and delivering high-quality work.
Preferred
- Experience in QSR hospitality or food retail
- Knowledge of food safety or restaurant operations
- Basic graphic design skills.
