Job Summary
Provide oversight and management regarding the Radiation Oncology department operations and provide supervision to radiation therapists dosimetry and other pertinent staff. Works together with the CancerCare Director to ensure policies and procedures are in place and followed per regulatory and safety standards. Assists with billing practices and any other items related to the management of the department. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy is strongly preferred. BLS certification is preferred but not required.
Educational Requirements:
A baccalaureate degree in management or health sciences is strongly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Special Skills or Training Requirements:
An absolute dedication to accuracy and completeness. A willingness to teach others. A strong desire to maintain competency in a dynamic field.
