ODaniel Ford is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team. Were looking for a technician with strong diagnostic abilities proven repair experience and ASE/Ford this role youll handle repair orders efficiently accurately diagnose issues and help deliver the high-quality service our customers expect.

Responsibilities
Perform work listed on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to evaluate systems and components
Diagnose maintain and repair systems including engine transmission electrical suspension steering brakes A/C and more
Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional needed repairs and time estimates
Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Deliver professional courteous service to customers and teammates
Stay current with manufacturer training bulletins and new technologies
Qualifications
2 years of automotive service technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
ASE Certification required
Ford Certification strongly preferred
Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus
B-level diagnostic electrical and engine repair capabilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
