In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Overseas order processing. Manage order processing operations ensuring orders are accurately entered processed and fulfilled on time.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize inventory.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status delays and any other relevant information to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales warehouse and other teams to optimize order processing workflows and resolve any issue that may arise.
- Continuously review and improve order management processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in business Administrator / International Business.
Required 5 years experience in order management or related field with a proven track record of success in managing complex order processing operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams customers and vendors
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
In-Depth understanding of order management principles practices and systems
Capable to use MS office e-mail
Fluent English skills reading & writing
