Job Summary
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead cross-functional program management for engineering changes and operational transformation initiatives
- Drive strategic program planning and execution across manufacturing sites and product development
- Coordinate engineering change management processes and their impact assessment on operations
- Execute program cost optimization and operational improvement initiatives through systematic change control
- Manage program delivery timeline coordination and risk mitigation across engineering and operations functions
- Lead program governance and stakeholder alignment with internal teams external partners and regulatory bodies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering Operations Management or related technical field
- Masters degree in Business Administration Engineering Management or equivalent preferred
