Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 24 weeks followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Eastern Time Zone)
Salary Package: 50000 PHP to 70000 PHP/Monthly

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • They need accounting AP monthly financial statements vendor payment and reconciliation experience.
  • financial reporting.
  • Needs someone who can ensure categories are clean and sync across US 15 stores
  • Communicating with landlords on rent
  • Analyzing discrepancies from vendors and suppliers
  • Someone who can call utility internet provider for reconciliation if necessary.
  • Responsibilities cover anything that has to do with the bank cash flow in and out.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable financial analyst experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling US clients is a must.
  • Expert is QuickBooks Online is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform mathematical calculations related to accounts payable responsibilities
  • Experience in doing monthly financial statements vendor payment management and reconciliation is a requirement.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision using common sense and solid job knowledge to determine the most effective action with regards to accounts payable issues and activity
  • Demonstrated proficiency with software applications
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability work following the clients time zone.
