Job Summary:
To be able to collect analyze verify and report financial information to document the Companys financial performance to make well-informed financial decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the Manager in preparing and conducting analysis of the monthly management reporting and forecast of the Group
- Supports the preparation and submission of management reports within tight schedule
- Supports monthly consolidation and analysis schedules preparation
- Assists in interim and annual audits of the group and interim / annual reports preparation
- Supports inter-companies transactions accounting entries and fund flow arrangements
- Ensures compliance of group financial policies and procedures by business units to ensure standardization of the Group
- Handles financial issues related to the APAC Companies
- Ensures completeness and timely closure of books for all entities supported by the APAC Finance Team in accordance to Regional timeline.
- Ensures ledger integrity for all entities supported by the Finance Team
- Takes responsibility for review and timely maintenance of Profit and Loss analysis for all entries
- Reviews and investigates negative Intercompany parties margin (more of OTC/PTP)
- Analyzes APAC Intercompany margin (more of OTC/PTP)
- Performs review upkeep and maintenance of monthly cost allocation
- Performs monthly allocation of shared cost based agreed basis by management
- Coordinates and ensures all APAC entities books and flows are completed per Corporate timeline
- Prepares and submits Government required remittances in APAC region
- Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
- At least with 2 years experience in Philippine accounting and taxation
- Strong background in accounting with in-depth knowledge of statutory audit tax filing accounts receivable (AR) and credit control processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills vital for accurate reporting effective team collaboration and presenting financial insights to stakeholders
- Demonstrates professionalism adaptability and the ability to work well in diverse cross-cultural environments.
- Strong attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
